And the awards! Sorry about the bad resolution... I need a better camera. :) They both got blue ribbons on their portfolios/riding evaluations. Adelle's first year, Elanor's second. Adelle did General Equitation. Elanor did General Equitation for the 2nd year, and Working Ranch Horse for the first time. I love how super excited Julian is for them!

They've both worked really hard, and done an awesome job. Every year I wonder if the effort and time is worth it, and every year I decide it is. :) They have learned and grown so much. They will both be riding in the county fair horse show/competition on August 2nd, and are SO excited about it! Anyone is welcome to come watch! It's free at the fairgrounds. There's really not a set schedule, just an order of events. Adelle will be riding in 2 events, Elanor in 5 or 6 or 7... Something like that. :)
